Every thing was fine delivery was on time only thing i didn’t like was the person taking the order put the phone down on me when trying to sell me something else when i said that is all i wanted.

Inaccurate & dishonest tracking reports
Delivery process complete shambles with couriers Evri twice telling me twice they could not deliver item because there was nobody at home - absolute rubbish. My wife and I both have mobility problems and have not been out of the house at the same time for several months. Get a different delivery service - Evri have an abysmal reputation for incompetence.

Satisfied with my Shopping experience
All items delivered as advertised.One star off for length of time for delivery. Ordered 27th Decemberdelivered 28th January One item not working but customer service was excellent and replacement item dispatched immediately

ear wax removal kit
I bought the kit for ear wax removal. I could see as soon as I put the batteries in and switched on that it was unlikely to work, and indeed it didn't. I have sent the kit back and would like to suggest that it is independently tested and removed from sale if others have the same experience.

My order was dealt with in a friendly way,quickly but not hurried in any way,I’ve bought from easylife before and am always pleased with my purchases. Tracking from Evri was clear and delivered in the time slot they had advised. Nothing needs to change,thank you easylife

Disappointing
Your service was good but the product was not in my case. Unfortunately the Comfy grip walking stick came to an early end when the base came away from the stick! I found that it did not always stand up , especially on my carpet ,and perhaps in trying to “ help “ it , I made matters worse.
I don’t want the bother of sending it back, and I don’t want a refund or replacement. Thank you. Regards Joyce

Poor customer service
No acknowledgement of order. No communication. I had to chase the order up twice. Rather than pay 2 deliveries because one item wasn't in stock, they have left me waiting for my goods. Am still waiting.

I was amazed at the speed that these…
I was amazed at the speed that these items arrived. This was a vast improvement on the previous delivery people. they kept me informed every step of the way for which I was extremely grateful. One thing however, recently, I broke my left shoulder, they have a habit of just ringing the bell and dropping off the goods at the front door, Picking them up is extremely uncomfortable and,with a llittle patience, would have been extremely helpful.

Just to say I have purchased several…don’t fit radiators
Just to say I have purchased several items over the years but the experience my wife had through a telephone call to make a return was difficult to understand what one of your colleagues was saying and very disappointing with the process of the return we feel that strong we’re not going to return items that do not fit on radiators and not purchase anything in the future

Delivery first class
Delivery first class. Unfortunately the clocks have been disappointing for night time use numbers and especially the hands are difficult to see clearly in the dark for both my wife and I. The clock is fine otherwise. We would appreciate your comments. Regards Eric Commons

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Problem with item, as a hearing aid was paid for and on opening the parcel I found two had been sent! I 'phoned and said I would return the spare but wonder if it could be accepted as a returned package - the post office in our village has closed - I can put two stamps on if that is required.

Need a different delivery system
I have purchased from EasyLife before, and enjoyed the products, but I ordered a hallway shoe storage shelf and partly why I ordered it was they had a delivery guide to be the 2/2/23, which tied in perfectly as I work at home one day a week. To date, 6/2/23 I still don’t have it. It is the external courier Evri who seem to have had it, and I got a message on Friday to advise they will let me know when they despatch.
Which ever way, I won’t be in to receive it, so know this won’t be an easy service overall

This practice is very common with you as this is not my first experience with it.
